Before starting any training it is mandatory to read our policies and procedures. Please make sure you understand everything in this document as our school runs by it.
Introduction Questions
As this form does NOT automatically save it would be wise and strongly encouraged for you to write your answers in Notepad/Word/Wordpad and save them as you go. Then just copy and paste into the form and submit. If your Internet connection goes down you could lose your answers.
